Disclaimers & Notices

Plain-English version: cash.bot is a software subscription. We sell pre-paid platform credits and AI tooling, not investments, securities, tokens, or future-asset offerings. AI output is not professional advice. We don’t guarantee earnings — the only thing on offer is software you can use to ship work faster.
1. Not an investment, security, or token sale
Nothing on cash.bot — including pre-paid credit packs, lifetime plans, founder pricing, “early-supporter” status, community badges, and any utility credits referred to internally as CBX — is offered as a security, equity, future asset, or investment instrument. Pre-paid credits are vouchers for software usage. They have no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred or resold, and confer no ownership, profit-share, royalty, dividend, governance, or future-asset right.
References to “founder” or “early supporter” describe a pricing tier and access ladder — not equity, partnership, or investment in the company. The only legal effect of buying a plan is the right to use the software per the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
2. AI output is not professional advice
cash.bot orchestrates AI tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Ollama, and others). Their output may be wrong, biased, fabricated (“hallucinated”), or out of date.
- Not legal advice. Anything an AI tool drafts — contracts, terms, demand letters, replies to legal threats — should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before you rely on it.
- Not medical advice. Health planners (e.g. brent.cash.bot) and any tool that gives nutrition, training, sleep, or mental-health output is for general information only. Talk to a qualified clinician for anything that affects your health.
- Not financial advice. Tools that generate marketing copy, business plans, pricing recommendations, ad scripts, or revenue projections are creative aids. Consult a CPA, financial advisor, or attorney before acting on financial output.
- Not investment advice. Nothing in any tool, blog, video, or community post on cash.bot is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other asset.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sending, publishing, billing, or filing it.
3. No earnings or results guarantee
cash.bot ships marketing, outreach, lead-gen, content, and other revenue-adjacent tools. Some pages reference what other users have done with them. Those are individual examples, not earnings claims.
- We do not guarantee that you will make any specific amount of money, get any specific number of leads, generate any specific traffic, or recover the cost of your plan.
- Most users who buy a software tool never use it. We cannot make you ship the work.
- If a customer testimonial mentions a specific dollar figure, time saved, or growth metric, treat it as “this happened for one person” — not as the typical or expected result.
4. Crypto payments — mechanics & not-an-investment
cash.bot accepts cryptocurrency for some plans. Crypto payment is a method of paying for software, identical in legal effect to paying by card or PayPal:
- You receive software credits or a plan, not a token, share, NFT, on-chain asset, or future-asset claim.
- Crypto refunds are paid in USD via PayPal or Stripe by default; see Refund Policy §7 for the full mechanics.
- Crypto purchases cannot be reversed on-chain by us; chargeback rules do not apply — email billing@cash.bot for any refund or dispute.
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to pay with crypto.
- You are responsible for any tax consequence in your jurisdiction of converting crypto to a service purchase.
5. Acceptable Use — what cash.bot tools may not be used for
Detail in Terms §7. Quick summary — you may not use any cash.bot tool to:
- Send spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited bulk commercial email. Use of our messaging tools must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and equivalent laws.
- Generate or distribute CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, content glorifying violence, or content designed to incite unlawful acts.
- Run port scans, credential stuffing, brute force, denial-of-service attacks, or anything that interferes with another service’s availability.
- Train a competing foundation model on prompts or outputs generated from our paid tiers.
- Resell the Service except under express written reseller agreement.
6. DMCA & copyright complaints
If you believe content on cash.bot infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to dmca@cash.bot including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material allegedly infringing (URL).
- Your contact information (name, email, address, phone).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are the rightful owner or authorised agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. Counter-notices follow the same address; we forward them per 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
7. Third-party keys & provider terms
Many cash.bot tools call third-party APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Vultr, Railway, GitHub, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp Business, Twilio, etc.). Their terms apply to your traffic in addition to ours. If you bring your own API key (BYOK), you are responsible for the costs your provider charges and for compliance with that provider’s terms.
8. NSFW & sensitive content
cash.bot is a productivity platform. Sexually explicit content, gore, hate speech, and content harmful to minors are prohibited regardless of which tool generated them. Tools that touch the public web (publish to social, blast to email, post to community) include filters; the user remains responsible for what they ship.
9. Trademarks
CASH.BOT, the wordmark, and the cash.bot logo are trademarks of cash.bot. Other marks (Anthropic, OpenAI, Stripe, PayPal, Vultr, Railway, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and used only to describe interoperability — not to imply endorsement or affiliation.
10. Forward-looking statements
Pages on cash.bot occasionally describe planned features, roadmap items, capacity targets, and revenue goals. Those are forward-looking and may change. Buy on what ships today, not what we plan to ship next quarter. We are not bound to deliver any specific feature, ship date, or capacity number described as roadmap.
11. Changes to this page
We will update this page as our tooling and obligations evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect, alongside any matched changes to the Terms, Privacy, or Refund Policy.
