Refund Policy

Short version: monthly — 14 days. Annual — 30 days. Lifetime — 30 days. Consumed credits — no refund. Crypto purchases follow the same windows but refunds are paid in USD via PayPal/Stripe by default (see §7). If something broke on our end, email billing@cash.bot and we will sort it out regardless of window.
1. Refund Windows

2. How to Request a Refund
- Email billing@cash.bot from the address on your account.
- Include your order ID (on the receipt we sent you) or the last 4 digits of the card used, or PayPal transaction ID.
- Briefly tell us why — you are not required to, but it helps us improve.
- We respond within 2 business days and, where approved, refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Card refunds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on the issuer.
3. When a Refund Will Be Denied
We reserve the right to decline a refund where:
- The request falls outside the refund window and is not accompanied by a service defect on our side.
- The account shows signs of abuse: automated sign-ups, farming promo credits, reselling, or bypassing tier limits.
- The purchase was made with a payment method we later discovered was stolen or fraudulent (we will refund the cardholder directly through the dispute process).
- Credits, containers, or AI tokens have already been consumed (those are the cost of goods delivered).
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing question, email us first — we can resolve almost anything faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved, and we may choose to present evidence to the issuer. Accounts with a pattern of fraudulent chargebacks may be terminated and banned from future sign-ups.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law. EU/UK consumers may have additional rights (e.g. 14-day distance-selling withdrawal); those apply even where this policy is more restrictive.
6. Service Shutdown Protection
If CASH.BOT is permanently shut down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and offer reasonable export tooling. Lifetime customers whose plans have been active for less than 24 months at shutdown will receive a pro-rata refund based on the original purchase price amortised over 24 months.
Worked example: you paid $119 for a lifetime plan and we shut down at month 12. You used 12 of the 24 amortisation months, so your refund is (24 − 12) / 24 × $119 = $59.50. Beyond month 24 the lifetime plan is considered fully amortised and no shutdown refund is owed, though we will still publish export tooling and a 60-day wind-down notice.
Refunds under this section are paid back to the original payment method where possible. For crypto purchases, see §7 below for how the refund is denominated and delivered.
7. Crypto Purchases — Refund Mechanics
Crypto payments cannot be reversed on-chain by us. If you qualify for a refund within the standard window in §1 (or under §6 shutdown protection):
- Refund is in USD value, not the original coin. We refund the USD amount you originally paid (the dollar figure shown on your receipt), not the equivalent number of coins, regardless of price movement after your tx cleared.
- Default delivery is PayPal or Stripe. Tell us the email on your PayPal account, or we send a Stripe credit-note refund to a card you provide. We can return crypto to a wallet you control as a courtesy if you ask, but on-chain network fees come out of the refund and we will not chase price slippage.
- Send-the-wrong-amount cases: if you sent more than the plan price, the overage is treated as an unconsumed credit purchase and is refundable per §1 (Credit top-ups). If you sent less and we still credited you, the shortfall is not eligible for refund.
- Disputes / chargebacks do not apply to crypto purchases, so the §4 chargeback rules are moot here — emailing billing@cash.bot is the only path.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to purchase with crypto. Submitting a tx hash through our /pay-crypto checkout constitutes that representation.
